Administrative Assistant
What You Will Do
- Answer phones in a helpful and pleasant manner
- Taking accurate reservations for the dining rooms and social events
- Handle all correspondence and keep records for the Board of Directors
- Handle all correspondence and keep records for various committees
- Prepare and mail information to the Board each month
- Maintain all membership records and work closely with the Membership Chair and Controller to ensure accuracy and follow through regarding the membership process
- Gather information and produce monthly Bulletin for members
- Actively assist chairs of the Social, Communications, and Membership committees in generating and distributing information to members
- Various duties as assigned

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience in both inbound and outbound calls
- Capable of efficiently managing email correspondence and data entry tasks
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
- Experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
