Administrative Assistant Opportunity

  • $45k – $55k annual salary, based on skills and relevant experience.
  • Work From Home (WFH) – can provide all services remotely and in person based on Topaz team needs and expectations.
  • Assist sales coaches and corporate team with daily operations and start-to-end workflow effectiveness.

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the President. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting sales coaches with their sales fulfillment and client needs.
  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling internal and client meetings.
  • Performing data input using Excel and PowerPoint templates.
  • Completing pre- and post-training setup with timely client and coach communication.
  • Working in our LMS and CRM to execute sales fulfillment operations.
  • Creating sales reports for the President.
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for various customer problems and internal operational issues.
  • Acting as a team player, finding areas for organizational improvements, and identifying additional tasks you can perform.

Qualifications

Our ideal Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in providing valuable support to our sales coaches, corporate team, and clients.

Required

  • 1+ years of productive office, customer service, or sales support experience
  • Technology savvy (i.e., Zoom, Microsoft Office 365, LinkedIn)
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional environment

Preferred

  • 3+ years of productive office, customer service, or sales support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Small to medium-sized business understanding
  • Solid CRM knowledge
  • Sales experience

The Administrative Assistant position will be full-time, exempt. This salaried position includes nine (9) annual holidays upon employment. Personal Time Off (PTO) is accrued for full-time employees starting upon employment and eligible for use after the first 90 days. 401k matching is available after the first anniversary.
