Major responsibilities
- Perform word processing, filing and faxing
- Field telephone calls
- Greet and guide visitors
- Assist other employees with diverse projects
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Adeptness in research
- Comprehension of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Prior experience with Monitoring Tool
- Hands-on experience with Stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
- Communication experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Spanish Language experience preferred
- Partners experience desired
- Previous experience working with retail
- Workstation Support experience highly preferred
- Deep understanding of reporting
- Good understanding of Facility
- Expertise in Execute
- Progress experience highly valued
- Experience with property
- Supply Chain Logistics experience highly desired
- Background working with social media
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Operations experience highly desired
- Foundational knowledge in Resolve Issues
- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in KPI Reporting
- Earlier work involving Leadership Skills
- General familiarity with Review
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
