The Role:

We are looking for an Admissions and Parent Experience Manager to ensure that the parent experience of enrolling with Kido is professional, friendly and smooth. You will be responsible for giving parents a great first impression of Kido and articulating for them the benefits their children will enjoy and experience with us. You'll seamlessly support them on their journey from enquiry, through to tour, meeting the team and up to their enrollment.

The role sits within the Sales and Marketing team and will report into our Head of Sales. You'll lead on the entire admissions process across our growing network of nurseries in and around London. You will work collaboratively with each Nursery Manager in your region to ensure that we are actively generating new leads and then converting leads into becoming Kido members in the UK.

What you'll do:

You'll be a conscientious self starter who proactively seeks out opportunities to promote Kido and generate interest. Upon receiving enquiries you'll actively nurture them through the on-boarding journey working in close collaboration with our nursery teams to ensure as smooth an enrollment as possible. You'll create a positive and meaningful experience for every parent interaction and ensure that everyone who engages with us has a brilliant impression. The role will evolve over time, but will certainly include:

  • Proactively generating parent interest in Kido through outreach marketing opportunities such as community events, open days and online events
  • Nurturing leads from initial interaction through to conversion with the utmost courtesy, care and professionalism
  • Supporting sales across our whole network but have a particular focus on nurseries with lower occupancy
  • Effectively use our HubSpot CRM and Famly systems in order to nurture leads and parents throughout the entire process
  • Analysing and interpreting sales data in order to manage and improve nursery performance
  • Attending and supporting Open Days across your nurseries
  • Owning the admissions process and customer journey for your Kido nurseries in its entirety
  • Liaising with Nursery Managers to understand their diaries and priorities so that you can develop strong relationships with them to support their sales and occupancy targets
  • Owning the reputation that Kido has amongst the parent community. Position us as premium educational experts through your interactions
  • Implementing metrics that measure success in relation to lead generation and conversion across each nursery
  • Tailoring your approach to adapt to each nursery's needs
  • Supporting with the launches of new nurseries by leading on sales preparation and registrations
  • Supporting in nurseries as required
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities and optimise sales efforts

You should be a positive influencer with the ability to motivate teams and individuals.

You should have experience in the following areas and ideally hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification:

  • MS Office
  • CRM experience is desirable
  • Confident with analytics and the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Whilst this role forms part of our nurseries support hub (head office) it will also be field based and will adapt with the needs of the business. The role is full time (40 hours per week) and will require you to be on site 2 days a week. You will need to be able to be readily available to support our nurseries as and when required. Experience of working in early years would be a huge benefit, and ideally to be qualified at a Level 2 or above.

Salary of £28,000 to £30,000 experience dependent.
