Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations
About the Role
This role is a unique opportunity to get a front seat on accelerating market operations and overall strategy for DoorDash's marketplace in Canada. In this role, you will:
- Work with key cross-functional partners to improve current market operations and identify acceleration opportunities across our audiences
- Pilot and test assumptions for the next phase of growth; incubate big bets to transform the business.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual planning, tracking, and reporting materials

- Build expertise in managing complex projects and stakeholders from across the organization
- Directly impact go-to-market strategy and help build the next phase of our growth
- You have 4-5+ years of previous experience in consulting, banking or general management at a technology company, e-commerce, marketplace company or equivalent experience
- You have a proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- You're relentless and approach goals with urgency. You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful
- You succeed with a diverse set of responsibilities. You love working across a variety of disciplines and teams
- You solve problems from first principles. You're excited to solve problems in innovative ways, and you resist "this is how it's always been done" thinking
- You're analytical - you let data win arguments, and you're comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel
