Job Description:

Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage an enthusiastic, all-rounded Brand Marketing Coordinator (Internship) who provides support in executing marketing campaigns and business objectives across three iconic automotive brands –

  • adventurous and freedom-oriented Jeep,
  • Italian performance Alfa Romeo, and
  • fun and iconic FIAT.

Reporting into Brand Managers with a dotted line to Digital head, this position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the overall marketing strategy for each brand. This will include administration coordination duties, management of website content and creative assets, and involvement in creative ATL and BTL campaigns where appropriate. This role requires a passion for marketing, love of great brands and a keen eye for detail.

This position is a 12-month full-time contract, and all applicants must currently be undertaking a University Bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Please note, on-the-job training will be provided for all tasks and deliverables mentioned below.

Marketing Administration

  • Assist in management of Marketing Budgets, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks, and maintain organized files for marketing team
  • Coordinate assets and support wider business with marketing asset requirements
  • Management of internal WIPS (work in progress) with Brand Managers
  • Vehicle Fleet assistance

Creative Campaign Support

  • Together with Brand Managers, build and brief agencies on upcoming campaigns
  • Brief suppliers for asset support (photography, retouching etc.)
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing materials

Website maintenance

  • Review and audit website content
  • Make content changes to website via back-end CMS system
  • Assist in the maintenance of data documents (excel files) that feed the website
  • Utilise Stellantis portal tools to source images
  • Brief suppliers for asset support (resizes, retouching etc.)

Requirements:

  • Must currently be undertaking a bachelor degree in relevant field – Business, Marketing, Communication, Advertising
  • No prior Marketing experience necessary, but internships throughout university will be highly regarded
  • Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with people of all levels, both within the business and agencies
  • High level of Attention to Detail
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, problem solve and have time management skills
  • Microsoft Office suite experience
  • Ability to take direction and execute
  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job
