We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our clients' Global Brand Operations team. In this role, you will conduct analyses to support critical strategy and initiatives, identify and prioritize brand integrity themes and risks, and provide insights and data related to brand health. You will also participate in various ad-hoc projects, utilizing data and technology to validate brand standard compliance and support the evolving Quality Assurance strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analyses to support critical Global Brand Operations strategy and initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and report on Brand Integrity themes/risks.
  • Fulfill requests from business partners related to brand health data and insights.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as leveraging data and technology to validate elements of brand standard compliance and supporting the execution and change management of the evolving Quality Assurance strategy.
  • Engage in proactive and reactive storytelling with data, including understanding performance drivers, providing context for strategic data points, and tailoring the message to different audiences.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to multi-task priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Manage and analyze large data sets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience in a large corporate environment.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of data analysis experience supporting reporting, performance, and/or analytic teams.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and perform complex functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
  • Ability to draw conclusions from medium to large datasets.
  • Experience in conducting research, synthesizing complex data sets, and formulating recommendations.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
