Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Duties:
Tubi, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst (Product Data Analyst) to work closely with various business teams, including BizOps, Growth, and Product, to understand the growing data needs and own the process of defining the business and data definitions for KPIs (owning KPI Changement). Work closely with Data Engineering to understand Tubi’s holistic analytics pipeline and work with the Data Science team to understand the impact of KPI changes in experiments and other business areas. Identify patterns and trends of Tubi users’ behavior and provide tangible insights to Tubi product managers to make data-backed decisions. Specific duties include: 1) Create and maintain KPI dashboards and own the process of making any business and data definitions changes to Tubi KPIs. 2) Be the primary partner for stakeholders to understan the performance of the platform. 3) Monitor and track metrics as leading or lagging, digging in to drive meaningful insights that help the business drive platform usage across Tubi’s multiple platforms. 4) Work with Growth team analysts and Product Managers to help define the right events for the experiments and maintain the analytics events knowledge consistency by working with the Data Engineering team. 5) Analyze data to identify patterns. 6) Build a common understanding of how users are interacting with the platform and features. 7) Work with product managers and other business units to understand the strategic goal metrics, team level goal metrics, and product performance metrics, and build the right dashboard to help track monthly and quarterly goals and unlock opportunities. 8) Work with teams like BizOps and Content to build DBT models and deploy in production environments. Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, plus two (2) years of product data analysis or related data analysis experience, including experience in business intelligence analysis; developing and maintaining standardization in data, metrics, and dashboards; and working with data engineering team or similar teams to understand the backend analytics events system
- Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience working in A/B testing and experimentation setup; 2) Experience working on ETL and data modeling; 3) Experience with SQL, Spark SQL, AWS and Snowflake; 4) Experience working on defining and using analytics events or product analytics tools; 5) Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker and Periscope; and 6) Experience working with executive or senior level stakeholders for presenting insights and recommendations
- Any level of knowledge, experience and/or coursework in the specific skills is acceptable.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $133,696.81 - $147,066 per year. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k)plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
