Business Intelligence Intern

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. This is an opportunity for those who are passionate about using data to solve business challenges and make a tangible impact on our operations.

During your internship, you will work closely with our experienced BI professionals and stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and deliver a comprehensive BI dashboard by the end of your internship. This dashboard will serve as a critical tool for decision-making processes throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for BI reporting and analytics.
• Assist in the design and development of BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools and technologies.
• Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that support business decisions.
• Work on a capstone project to deliver a BI dashboard that addresses a key business challenge, to be presented to the company at the end of the internship.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• You are majoring in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Core understanding of statistics and its application in business analysis.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
• Reliably commute to the Sweetgreen Support Center in Los Angeles
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen learner with a strong interest in business intelligence and data analytics.

Salary Range For This Role

Starting salary range based on experience

$25—$25 USD
