We are looking for a motivated, experienced administrator individual who has a proactive approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion issues. You will also need to be able to

demonstrate ability dealing with sensitive situations and data.

We are seeking a Calibre & Equality and Diversity & Inclusion Programme Officer for 12 months to help to support the delivery of Calibre Leadership Programme and our work on disability Inclusion. This is a newly created role, with an opportunity to be creative and think differently. The successful applicant will need to be confident with setting up new systems and ways of working to manage the national project.
