Care Assistant (No Experienced Needed)

We are hiring for Care Assistants! There is no experience required, and training will be provided for the right individual!

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Must have reliable transportation & drivers license

Job Duties:

• You'll support the overall well-being of individuals with Autism in a residential facility
• Help organize and manage activities
• Assist the Residence Manager and Shift Supervisor with the implementation of systems within the house in which you work
• Communicate and collaborate as needed with families/caregivers/teachers/therapists
• Maintain appropriate student or classroom-related documentation, and help residents foster the development of skills, greater independence, and expanded self-confidence using customized interventions as identified in student support and behavior plans
• Offering both Adult and Adolescents programs

Shifts:

• 2:00PM-10:00PM
• 3:00PM-11:00PM
• Overtime always available(time & a half)

• Dutchess County (Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Staatsburg, Rhinebeck, Clinton Corners, Salt Point, Stanfordville)
• Ulster County (Highland, Plattekill, Ulster Park, Stone Ridge/Marbletown, Kingston, Saugerties)
