About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be tasked with transforming the business and driving scale within a 4-5 year timeframe. This includes strengthening systems, infrastructure, and processes to unlock the platform's full organic growth potential, optimize margins, and ensure the ability to seamlessly integrate add-on acquisitions. The ideal CEO will have a heavy marketing orientation, with related experience across sales strategy, and operations, and will be a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win. Candidates for the CEO position should have a background that aligns with a business model of e-commerce, and functional experience as a CEO or President leading a middle market e-commerce company, or as a number two leader within a larger organization. While private equity experience is not required, solid integration experience in M&A is highly preferred. The role demands a leader with a tenure of 20-35+ years of progressive career success, who can honor the company's past while leading it into the future. The focus will be on continuous growth and the ability to acquire add-on businesses that will add scale, product, cross-sell, and multiple arbitrage.
