Our client a is a private equity backed Apparel business with a turnover of $500 million. A well-established group of businesses, they are seeking a visionary and results-driven CEO to lead their organization through its next phase of modernisation, expansion and success

Position Overview:

As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic vision, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in partnership with the private equity backers. This key leadership role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and drive transformative initiatives within the retail/ CPG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion within the retail industry.

· Collaborate with private equity partners and the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, driving value creation and long-term success for the organization.

· Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and operational efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and performance across the organization.

· Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Proven track record of executive leadership in the retail sector, demonstrating a history of driving growth and operational excellence within a complex, multi-location retail environment.

· Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and a track record of effectively leading transformative initiatives, operational turnarounds, and market expansion strategies.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and board-level interaction skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and alignment with private equity partners, the board, and internal stakeholders.

Education and Certifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant executive education is preferred.
