Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to join the team. The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's marketing efforts, with a focus on demand generation, PR, content creation, data analysis, and campaign management. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and foster deeper relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand generation and lead generation efforts, including identifying target audiences, crafting messaging, and selecting appropriate channels for outreach.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with external PR firms to enhance the firm's media presence, secure press coverage, and position key executives as thought leaders in the industry.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content for weekly newsletters, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and more.

Bring editorial sensibility and strategic thought to all marketing initiatives, ensuring that messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with the firm's brand and values.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to inform and evolve marketing strategies.

Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular reporting on performance and expenditures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in B2B marketing roles, preferably within the professional services or market research industries

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for data analysis and reporting.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

Experience managing external PR agencies and other marketing vendors.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
