Compensation: c£200K to £220K base plus bonus and benefits
Seven Executive seeks a dynamic international business leader to join a global HVAC manufacturer as their Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, managing and growing P&Ls north of £150m, and can build, motivate, and lead a team to new heights. This role is integral to implementing their global sales strategy and business plan, focusing on complex, multi-channel marketing routes emphasising energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation: Drive the global sales strategy in Europe, aligning with the overall business plan.
- Support country leaders to achieve and exceed their goals.
- Lead the marketing agenda and further develop the ‘complete solution’ platform.
- Oversee Orders, Sales, EBITDA, Cash Management, and other Key Performance Indicators.
Professional Experience:
- Experience in managing commercial P&Ls of EUR150m+.
- Formulating, communicating, and executing business plans for profitable sales growth in diverse markets.
- European business leadership with full P&L responsibility across multiple locations and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific challenges (HVACR) and opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability in turnaround management.
- Expertise in managing financial levers such as price, margins, overheads, and cash.
- Experience with high-profile global customers, gaining respect and trust from key stakeholders.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to conceptualise and implement new products/services.
- Strong work ethic, stamina, and the ability to work hands-on when needed.
- Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences within the group.
Education:
- Degree: Minimum requirement, preferably in an engineering discipline.
- A Master of Business Administration would be a plus.
