Job Description
Location: Maddox Street, London
Since its foundation in 2015, Maddox Gallery has enjoyed significant growth, establishing an internationally recognised and appreciated gallery network in London and Gstaad, creating a loyal following of high-net-worth art collectors throughout the world. An art advisory service operates alongside the gallery business, providing an unrivalled opportunity for clients to invest in emerging, established, and blue-chip artists.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Content Producer to join this fast paced, entrepreneurial business. This role requires a dynamic, highly organised, adaptable and creative individual with a passion for luxury and the ability to translate the vision of the Maddox senior team, creating engaging and eye-catching visual content.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Photography
o Videography
o Retouching
o Video Editing
o Visual Asset Management – Filing and Meta tagging.
Plan, produce, direct, and deliver content for use on all online and offline channels.
SKILLS:
o A degree in Photography, Videography, or equivalent experience.
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Specifically: Adobe Lightroom, AfterEffects, Photoshop & Illustrator.
o Good knowledge of photography, filming, and editing, with experience
and practical understanding of Final Cut Pro & Premiere Pro.
o Ability to create photographic briefs, manage and direct photoshoots,
edit and retouch.
o Able to work to a variety of formats and aspect ratios.

o Excellent attention to detail with a strong creative eye and vision for styling.
o A passion for contemporary art and the story of the artists that create it.
o A strategic self-starter who can create impact quickly.
o Enthusiastic positive attitude and a team player.
o Highly organised.
· Excellent communication skills to ensure you are able to work collaboratively in the marketing team and across the organisation, especially with Digital Manager, Creative Manager and Social Media Executive.
· Comfortable in front of Executive team – ability to direct on shoots and to be proactive with ideas.
REQUIREMENTS:
o All candidates must have an existing full working visa and the ability to work in the UK.
o Candidates must submit a portfolio and showreel showing examples of previous work and experience.
o Candidates are requested to submit a cover letter to indicate suitability for the role and availability regarding start date.
TO NOTE:
o The role is office based and will require 4 days per week in Maddox’s Mayfair head office and/or Berkeley Street Gallery (x 1 day work from home per week permitted).
o Time will be given in lieu when you’re required to work out of office hours (e.g. at events).
o Limited travel may be required.
o A live task will be given to shortlisted candidates.
