Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Requisition load of strategic roles at various levels from Senior Manager to Vice President for the Markets and Practices within Brillio.
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels for highly impactful and strategic roles.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and report progress via weekly & monthly reports, quarterly business reviews and meetings.
  • Must be comfortable and confident about advising hiring managers on the talent market conditions.
  • Build and foster relationships with candidates in various industries and domains.
  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
  • Network and build relationships with prospective candidates and continuously generate leads for upcoming roles.
  • Manage candidates through the entire life cycle from screening to offer negotiation and Day 1 onboarding with the company.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 7 years of experience recruiting for senior and high impact roles at various levels at Director and above in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills including ability to make swift, concrete decisions with minimal information at their disposal.
  • Broad and deep expertise in proactive search methodologies, identifying passive candidates and targeted headhunting.
  • Knowledge of IT Services and effective at articulating the value proposition and vision/direction of the company.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to manage hiring managers and stakeholders at the Executive Leadership level.
  • In-depth understanding of macro and micro trends in the business and recruiting world.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and thoughts to senior leadership in a meaningful, transparent fashion in verbal and written form.
  • Experience managing complex offers and negotiations.
  • Excellent reporting, analysis, and data presentation skills.
  • Thorough understanding of at least one Applicant Tracking System, Compliance policies, and Reporting methodologies.
