About The Role

dotloop, a Zillow Group business, is changing the world by connecting people, documents and tasks all in one place...real estate is our target. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Customer Operations Team Manager.

Your day to day will include:

  • Utilize pre-defined tools and templates to manage projects and communicate status
  • Build Customer trust in a proactive, advisor relationship through strong product knowledge
  • Recommend different solutions to various issues to our customers to help them decide what is best for their business
  • Drive higher business value and executive alignment between Zillow Group and our Customers by providing expert advice and guidance in dotloop
  • Ensure that project documents are complete, current, & stored appropriately
  • Understand system needs related to the use of documents and their business application
  • Apply dotloop’s intelligence to forms
  • Maintain extraordinary levels of quality assurance
  • Balance multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Create new accounts in dotloop when Sales closes a deal
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $18.80 - $30.00 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
