As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

You will

  • Be responsible for managing the Customer supply chain relationship with some of our key retail partners. You’ll be meeting regularly with your supply contacts and work collaboratively on a wide range of topics and projects
  • Work closely with your retailers in a truly collaborative partnership, to deliver improvement against Key supply chain metrics including On-Shelf Availability (OSA), Online Availability (OLA) On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and Stock In-Trade (SIT), in order to improve the End Customer experience
  • Work alongside NAMs and Business Planners to ensure best-in-class launch and promotional execution within the account
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure we deliver on our joint business goals with the retailers you will work with
You have
  • Experience of developing and managing relationships, with a past record of engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain knowledge, with an understanding of key Supply Chain functions including Customer requirements, Physical Distribution, Cost To Serve, Forecasting and Stock In Trade.
  • Customer facing experience, with the ability to engage and influence our customers towards the execution of best practice, whilst building a collaborative customer relationship.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – able to work effectively to deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and look for alternative solutions when challenged, whilst able to communicate new methods to others.
  • Excellent Communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different functions and levels, communicating challenges and successes both internally and externally.
