Data Analyst Intern
In internship will learn about data management and relational database development support for projects and initiatives across Terracon services. You may support field data collection efforts by providing and configuring appropriate tools to meet accuracy and attribution criteria.
You will also be a part of Terracon's formal intern program. Here you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the company through lunch and learn sessions. You will also be in a cohort with other corporate interns to learn about the "business" of Terracon and how corporate supports operations. You will work with your cohort to design a new process improvement for the company and present it to senior leaders.
You may also have these types of roles and responsibilities:
- Research, acquire, compile, and compare data from public and proprietary sources
- Perform data cleanup, processing, verification, and upload to enterprise and relational database management systems
- Implement technical workflows
- Document project data workflows, data sources, and data limitations
- Perform QA/QC review of data
- Promote and foster data stewardship, data governance, and data integrity
- Assist in the development and implementation of relational database management systems
- Assist in the development, automation and implementation of data workflows
