Data Entry Assistant / Clerk – Remote
Responsibilities
Accurately input data into various databases and systems
Verify and update existing data entries for accuracy
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule
Conduct research when necessary to gather additional information for data entry tasks
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to company policies regarding data protection
Collaborate with team members remotely using online communication tools
Skills
Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong computer skills including internet navigation, email usage, downloading/uploading files, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (entry-level applicants welcome)
Able t type accurately at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
Stable internet connection is required as this is a remote position.
A reliable home computer or laptop that meets system requirements.
