Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be at the forefront of handling administrative data within the Soft Pro System. Your responsibilities will include:
- Uploading and downloading documents and information from the Soft Pro System with precision and care
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every task is executed accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating seamlessly with various teams to ensure all necessary documents are readily available
- Independently meeting deadlines and delivering top-notch results
- Leveraging your experience with Soft Pro to streamline administrative processes
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven track record in administrative roles, with a knack for being data savvy
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when the pressure's on
- Stellar communication skills, allowing you to thrive in a diverse team environment
- Self-motivated with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
- Prior experience with Soft Pro is a plus
- Background in Mortgage/Title work is a plus
