We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to provide essential support to our domain management operations.

Job Location: This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United Kingdom. We meet once a month in our London office.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain records in our in-house database, ensuring all details are accurate and consistently updated
  • Execute administrative tasks crucial to the management and organization of our domain name portfolio
  • Labeling, manipulating, and organizing data in our in-house database and in Excel
  • Uphold the integrity and accuracy of data
  • Serve as a liaison between between different parties accessing and contributing data
  • Undertake ad hoc duties related to data and domain name management as they arise
Must Haves:
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. The management and modification of large data sets require precision, as errors can be challenging and expensive to rectify
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • A receptive attitude towards feedback with a keenness to learn and evolve within the role
  • Initiative in suggesting and executing process enhancements
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with domain name terminology, processes, and technology is a plus
  • Experience with a CRM System is beneficial
