Designer
We are looking for a talented and creative Designer with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience to join our studio team, supporting the Design Lead in working across a variety of design projects within sectors such as food, beverage, sport and FMCG.
You’ll be hands on in managing client projects from day one, from briefing, ideation and creative thinking through to concept development and overseeing the delivery of high-quality artwork and graphic design.
Responsibilities include client relationship management, preparing and responding to briefs, leading on creative ideas, applying a range of production and print specs, developing the brand look and feel for high visibility campaigns and digital content, as well as being hands on in the development of branding.
Throughout your time at Hatch, you’ll have a dedicated line manager to support you and your development, with dedicated one-to-ones and access to training.
Desired skills:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in graphic design
- Can-do, proactive attitude
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Hungry for creative and strong eye for emerging design trends
- People management desirable but not essential
- An understanding of the foundations of typography, layout and hierarchy of messaging
- A good understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Microsoft Office is essential
- Experience working with PR/creative communications agencies
- Animation experience desirable but not essential
