Director, Implementation
The implementation Division in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet has been established to work closely with delivery agencies to take a fresh look at service delivery. We collaborate for effect, with a focus on securing real- world outcomes that benefit Queensland communities. The Division is not focused on new policy and legislation, rather we are interested in making better use of existing levers to make a change.
We have multiple temporary and permanent positions at AO7, AO8 and SO available.
At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.
The Implementation Division has been established to drive delivery of the government's priorities. We work closely with partner agencies to make a real difference on the ground.
Your Opportunity
You will work as part of a small team to proactively identify delivery challenges and collaborate with partners to design and implement suitable responses. You will regularly represent the department's interests in operational forums and with senior executives from other agencies.
