Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and management of all facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and productive environment
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and standards
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely service
- Plan and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify and address issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the needs of DEI programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and maintaining multiple facilities
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Part-time availability (20-25 hours per week)
