Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Retailer.com expert to join our team at Sunday Riley. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our online sales presence with key retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, and account management within the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

Drive Online Business and Account Management:

  • Achieve sales and brand goals on retailer.com platforms, increasing brand rank.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key online retail partners
  • Execute seamless sales plans, promotions, and new product launches while leading the growth and planning for assigned accounts.
  • Amazon.com and Pureplayer account ownership

E-commerce and SEO Strategy:

  • Lead online retailer.com growth initiatives with a focus on optimizing product listings, copy, images, and SEO to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Audit brand homepages and product pages, ensuring creative is up to date and they meet optimization goals.
  • Develop and manage calendar for updating images and banners, and ensure timely, relevant visual content on retailer sites.

Digital Promotion:

  • Plan and execute online activities, including promotional banners, homepage placements, and email campaigns.
  • Work with Director of Paid media to fine tune media coop buys, sponsored ads, etc
  • Coordinate sampling programs, participation in Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) opportunities, and retailer loyalty programs to drive customer retention and loyalty.

Performance Analysis and Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Work closely with Account Management and Planning teams to create and deliver seasonal plans for each retailer, ensuring alignment of strategies and execution across all channels.
  • Create weekly retailer.com and new launch competitive recaps, develop and update the retailer.com handbook, and maintain a Retailer.com Side by Side calendar to track new product launches, promotions, media, and samples.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or digital account management, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing online retail accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Expertise in SEO, search optimization, and page optimization.
