Job Title: Executive Assistant

Reports to: Head of FPandA (Dotted lines to CEO, CFO, COO)

Location: London/Hybrid - 3 days in office - UK applicants only

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Kooth, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executives and senior leadership team in their day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

What you will be doing:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, CFO and COO (and other Senior Leadership/Management on occasion), managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive travel. Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external distribution. Assist in compiling data and information for decision-making purposes
  • Office Management: Handle office administrative tasks, including maintaining supplies, managing expenses, and overseeing administrative processes to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of the
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives or senior management in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and adaptability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
