The role of Graduate Data Analyst at Reds10

You’ll be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. The role involves gathering and organising data, conducting statistical analysis, generating reports, and providing insights to various departments within the organisation. The Data Analyst contributes to reporting on project/business performance, improving operational efficiency, identifying trends, and driving data-driven initiatives to enhance business performance

As a Graduate Data Analyst at Reds10:

  • Advise on data procedures such as data collection, storage, integration and outputs
  • Provide guidance and support to the strategic decisions of the Reds10 leadership team on data input/outputs
  • Gather and analyse data from different platforms to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
  • Develop and maintain data management systems and processes
  • Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modelling to support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain data visualisation tools and dashboards to present insights effectively
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations.
The Key skills required to succeed as a Graduate Data Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modelling, and visualization techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools and creating interactive dashboards for data reporting
