Head of Business Development
Job Description:
GOYT is seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Business Development to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for our innovative B2B SaaS platform.
This is an equity-based role.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure early adopters.
· Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.
· Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including managing the sales pipeline and optimizing the sales funnel.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
· Gather and analyze feedback from early adopters to inform product development and improve market fit.
· Collaborate closely with the technical co-founders to align business goals with product development and overall company strategy.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
· Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem and its key players.
· Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
