Head of Creative Operations

So, what will you be doing?
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to design and facilitate operations across the Studio team, using existing tools in the short term and proposing future business tools as relevant for increased effectiveness and efficiency
- Managing resources and establishing processes in order to produce and deliver quality work from concept to completion across full service production and all end uses (e.g. social, digital, print & OOH)
- Providing an overview for the Global Leadership Team of project workflow, workload and interdependencies impacting the Studio team
- Communicate matters of logistics and scheduling to all stakeholders clearly, ensuring all areas responsibility are understood and agreed
- Designing robust project brief templates, and ensuring they are analysed when received, looking for gaps in information or planning
- Maintaining highly organised, accurate and well presented documentation, and updating and communicating to key stakeholders as necessary/ requested
- Effectively leading Creative Operations within the Studio team to drive team growth and development to deliver best in class operations
- Build strong and effective collaborative working relationships with other departments
- Strong experience in a relevant role within a creative setting
- Beauty, fashion, luxury and/or creative agency experience essential
- Confidence and vision to build role and remit from the ground up in response to objectives
- Excellent organisational skills including time management, planning, hitting deadlines and archiving Studio output
- Ability to coordinate, schedule and control resources to meet tight deadlines
- Impeccable verbal, written and presentational skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skill
