Head of Logistics – North America
- North America located in Coral Gables, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.What you will doThe NA Logistics Senior Manager position has the responsibility for leadership of all teams responsible for material movement into, out of and around North America. This role is critical to ensuring proper service and controlling transportation costs. Aligning Internal and external customer needs with P&L budgets focus on the needs, goals, and KPIs of the business strategy. As the Director of Logistics, you have to ensure that our goods get there they need to in an efficient manner.
- Lead, support, and improve logistics operations and processes inside North America, to continuously align with company needs and strategic plans.
- Management and leadership of Import/Export logistics to ensure compliance with all CBP rules and processes.
- Management and leadership of inventory control and counts inside North American locations.
- Management and leadership of Distribution HUBs General Managers and teams.
- Daily review of FTZ information.
- Champion ideas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Actively monitor and improve analytical tools and KPI objectives.
- Ensure the development of all direct and indirect reporting team members with training and support programs.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Weekly meetings with the Managers to go over KPIs and improvements; ensure the P&L of the Hubs are on target.

- 5+ years of experience
- Communication: Oral & written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects daily.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor’s degree Desired
