 OverviewBrand new opportunity with an established marketing agency in Manchester, that works with clients in both B2B and B2C industries on their digital marketing strategies, focusing on inbound marketing.

Due to increasing demand from its expanding client base, the company are further growing their dedicated team and looking for a talented Head of Marketing Services to join.

The company is looking for a Head of Marketing Services to oversee the planning, management and execution of lead generation campaigns for our B2B clients.

You will have proven experience in running a small team of account managers/marketing managers, including training, project and budget management.

Also, have experience working and communicating with senior business leaders about commercial outcomes, not just marketing objectives, to advise on strategy and tactics to optimise any part of the funnel.

The Role

The Head of Marketing Services will be responsible for:

  • Establishing objectives and developing marketing strategies and campaigns for clients;
  • Plan, execute, and oversee these campaigns, providing support to Consultants in doing so;
  • Oversee the performance of our marketing clients;
  • Collaborate with the team to plan, prioritise, and ensure high-quality daily operations;
  • Propose and implement experiments to meet clients' KPIs;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively offering innovative ideas; and
  • Track competitors and monitor target market trends for our clients.
RequirementsWe are open to marketing candidates from an agency background, having been in inbound strategy, senior account management, account director or similar.

Good To Have
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
  • Experience in HubSpot and Inbound Marketing
  • Google qualifications
  • Proven experience in building links and gaining coverage on quality, niche B2B websites across multiple industries
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 negotiable on experience plus an additional £7k - £8k based on target plus bonus per annum.

Location: Manchester, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
