Head of Sales – Europe

The Role

We are looking for a new Head of Sales to join our Operations in Europe team. You will manage YouLend's Sales team in Europe (operating out of the UK but covering NL, BE, DE, ES, FR, IRE, PL) consisting of 20+ people but expecting to grow up to 100% YoY.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of Sales or other relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading a large team of 10+ people
• Experience with Sales in Continental Europe

Core responsibilities:

• 5 direct reports (TLs)
• Maximise conversion and subsequently hit funded amount KPIs
• Ensure service levels (as measured by TrustPilot and NPS scores) are meeting expectations across all regions and partners
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to drive new initiatives and improvements

Desirable:

• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced companies.

Not required but preferable, another language such as:

• Dutch/Flemish
• German
• Spanish
• French
• Polish

Salary:£60,000 - 70,000 + 15% - 25% quarterly bonus (depending on experience)
