Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive to lead and manage our healthcare construction projects in the Boston area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Lead project teams and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
