The company:
We are currently working with a global law firm who are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer. You will be working within a fast-paced working environment, that promotes a balanced work/life balance and actively avoid overtime hours. They are invested in their technology with their infrastructure completely on the Cloud.
The role:
You will be responsible for the project lifecycle of all AV setups, Windows Server migrations and administration.
This role is full-time direct hire and is located in NYC.
What you need:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams/Skype/Zoom/WebEX
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Windows Server Experience
- Resolving VMWare issues
- Willingness to learn new things and handle difficult situations.
- Excellent communication skills
- The desire to provide an excellent service to end users
