Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a HR Coordinator (fixed term of 12 months) who will be part of our exciting new HR Shared Service Hub.

You'll be the first point of contact for queries and support across the organisation for all operational areas of HR, but with a specific focus on Adult Services. You will provide an efficient and proactive generalist HR administration support, getting involved in a wide range of activities across the employee lifecycle including; recruitment, onboarding and employee changes. You will also ensure accurate reporting for payroll in line with agreed timescales and work closely with our payroll team.

The successful candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to manage and prioritise a high volume, complex and challenging workload with tight deadlines. You will need to have experience of working in a busy HR environment and confidence in using our capable HR technology.

This is a full-time contract, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is for a Fixed term of 12 months.
