Human Resources Administrative Assistant (1-Year Contract)
CWD is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant 1-Year Contract to join our exceptionally talented and collaborative team! Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator at our Niagara Falls location, the successful candidate will support various HR functions and initiatives to ensure smooth operations within the department.

- Assist in screening resumes, attending interviews, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepare for meetings by conducting research and creating necessary documents
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including the implementation of HRIS
- Respond to team member inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist in team member onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork completion
- Assist the Human Resources Coordinator with job postings, interview scheduling, and preparation of interview packages
- Act as a liaison with other departments to obtain and communicate information as needed
- Assist in policy and process creation within the HR department
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Assist with the performance review process
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars for team members
- Create documents as requested by team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the HR field
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Aptitude for problem-solving
