Interior Designer

This is the perfect role for an emerging Designer with some experience to continue to develop their career, skills and experience.

This is a great opportunity to continue to grow your experience and have the ability to receive great guidance and mentoring from a team of accomplished designers. As an emerging designer you will working on effectively conveying designs and concepts through various tools such as Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and emerging technologies.

General Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of projects, including concept design, space planning, design development, documentation, and on-site construction management.
  • Engage in client briefings, workshops, and design development processes.
  • Documentation experience using Revit is essential.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate designs through various tools such as Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUp.
  • Manage the sample library, keeping it organised and up to date.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Collaborate effectively within both small and larger teams.

To Be Considered For This Role You Will Need

  • Relevant qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • At least one year of experience ideally in a commercial design practice or environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Revit on projects.
  • Strong presentation skills; proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, Rhino, and Office Suite is highly regarded.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of design.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to proactively collaborate with team members, consultants, and clients.
  • The ability to manage tasks independently.
  • The capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, as needed.
