Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely print ready files to the correct colour specification and size whilst ensuring they adhere to the Brand Guidelines and the Print Production Managers timing plan.

The Junior artworker will work on rolling out Campaign Materials, Account specific materials, Press, OOH and Retailer Comms e.g. Jackpot Magazine, Games Procedures etc.

Role Information:

This role is offered on a 12 month secondment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Receive briefs from the Print Production Manager/Studio Planning Manager or Senior artworkers
  • Take toolkits / work in progress files and collaborate closely with internal teams to prepare production-ready artwork files. Check completed work for suitability of end use and provide relevant sign off
  • Ensure all artwork has gone through the proper approvals process prior to delivery/ printing
  • Liaise with printers to deliver required artwork files and approve printers proofs
  • Develop an understanding of the business, teams and each of the brands and their current advertising platforms and brand communications
  • Champion integrity through a full understanding of all our processes, ensuring compliance
  • Become a guardian of the brand guidelines
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, and efficiency in your all of your work
Skills and Experience:
  • Entry Level standard in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, this is a junior role, but we would like someone with some commercial experience and ideally with POS projects in some capacity
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Portfolio showcasing campaign asset roll-out
  • Advanced-level experience of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs / PowerPoint
