We are a private equity-backed, product-led business - having recently been acquired by a successful technology investor. The Product function sits in the centre of the business, translating business strategy into tangible features, and coordinating with commercial teams and clients to improve their experience on our Platform.

The Role

Junior Product Owner - a small insight into what your day to day will involve:

· Product and user insight generation:

o Interpreting and organising feedback from our users and presenting conclusions to product management to help inform what features we should build

o Tracking and analysing user engagement metrics to measure how we perform against our KPIs

o Gather and triage issues, identifying how they can be replicated and assigning them promptly to the right team for resolution

· Support team operations:

o Administer product tooling, including the roadmap, ensuring the information and status of all items are maintained

o Own team reporting, building suitable templates and chairing cross-team organisation meetings

· Own communications:

o Coordinate feature releases and launch plans

o Manage release notes and communication of changes, including bug resolution, to internal teams

o Organise sales and marketing communications and ensure users have all the information needed to make the most of our product

Requirements
