Job DescriptionAs Junior Website Analyst at COS, you will use web data to provide insights into customer behaviour and website performance, guiding business decisions and customer experience improvements.  You will support web analysis proficiency across digital teams by providing training and best practice guides on analysis tools and build bespoke reports.

What you will do:

  • Provide website analysis, insights and reports that supports the organisation to reach their online goals 
  • Together with the website analytics manager and product teams, contribute to the process of finding website development opportunities and follow up on impact after implementation
  • Debug & troubleshoot site tracking issues with the help of central tech functions our analysis tools, websites and platforms 
  • Support the maintenance of data quality for all COS digital platforms
  • Share regular website analysis, reporting and insight to digital teams providing understandings of site behaviour and performance
  • Provide training and guidance in web analytics tools, reports and analysis best practices across the business
  • With the Senior Web Analyst, support with the setup and optimisations of our analysis tools, websites and platforms 
  • Provide analysis of the COS websites, franchise sites and customer data, highlighting improvement opportunities and guiding decision making for the COS team
  • Create user friendly reports and dashboards that enables the business to have clear visibility of  COS data and performance
  • Support the prioritisation of business goals and actions with analytical insights
  • Transform business questions into data driven recommendations

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working in a junior web or digital analyst role
  • Experience using GA4 and Looker studio to analyse and evaluate data.
  • Comfortable sharing data findings with a wide range of teams to drive business goals
  • Solution oriented mindset, use ecommerce experience and data evidence to assist problem solving
  • Able to present and communicate in a clear way to a range colleagues and business partners
