The Opportunity
HCAs Perth branch has an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified and motivated Leading Hand, to join our Remanufacturing team working an afternoon shift.
Reporting to the Reman Supervisor, the core focus of this role is:
- Ensuring HCA workshop employees comply with all WHS responsibilities and that a safety-first culture is a consistent behavior within the workshop
- Managing workflow through our major contractors on a daily basis
- Reviewing and managing our WIP on a daily basis
- Executing the production schedule working to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and resources
- Maintaining and encouraging strong working relationships within the Reman department
