About The Role
What YOU will be doing:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes
- Helping clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support, and promoting independence
- A caring and compassionate nature
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- The ability to work and live with clients in their own homes
