Madewell is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Loyalty Marketing Manager. This role will partner closely with the Director of Retention Marketing to define the loyalty program vision and strategy, building an industry-leading member experience. This position will include quantitative and qualitative program measurement, project management and execution of initiatives. Expertise in loyalty marketing at an eCommerce company and a demonstrated passion for the Madewell brand is preferred. Please note that this role will be onsite for 3 days

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the Madewell Insider loyalty program, developing strategies and executing campaigns to grow the Insider program and drive retention among top customers.
  • Define measures of success and KPIs to closely monitor program performance
  • Report out consistently to leadership on program performance, sharing insights into member behavior, benefits and offer results.
  • Own loyalty test strategy and roadmap (A/B tests, incrementality studies, etc), analyzing results and optimizing based on findings.
  • Manage relationship with loyalty program vendor, working closely with internal product and tech leads to manage loyalty member data and builds for new program functionality.
  • Collaborate with creative team on loyalty program collateral, providing clear creative briefs for new assets and ensuring that loyalty creative across all customer touchpoints is effective and clear (email, site, instore, social, etc)
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (E-commerce, Creative, Merchandising, Tech, Stores, Finance and Operations) working cross-functionally to drive forward loyalty initiatives.
  • Serve as a loyaltythought-leader, maintaining a deep knowledge of loyalty landscape, trends, and competitive insights to inform program evolution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of loyalty or retention marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing preferred
  • Experience with a loyalty program platform (Ex: Merkle, SessionM)
  • Experience working in data analytics tools (Ex: GA360, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI)
  • Experience with a Customer Data Platform (Ex. Experian, Acquia)
  • Experience in email marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong data analysis skills required
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc) Powerpoint and OneDrive
  • Passion for loyalty programs, analytics and the retail industry
