We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Marketing team, based out of our London Head Office (hybrid).

As our newest Marketing Executive, you’ll be the driving force and specialist behind developing and executing local marketing campaigns & partnership strategy to grow brand awareness whilst generating trial opportunities and driving traffic to (e)stores, in line with brand values and objectives- all while staying true to our brand values and goals.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing UK, you’ll work across all lines of business such as Retail, Wholesale, E-Com, B2B. As well as collaborating with our talented internal stakeholders, you’ll partner with the local and global marketing team (based at our central head office in Amsterdam) as well as external partners, to make magic happen! Key Accountabilities

Own end to end execution of omni-channel (ATL) media campaigns to grow brand awareness and consideration in the UK and Ireland.

  • Localise and execute strong marketing campaigns that leverage owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Optimize Marketing/Media ROI with impactful campaign and media strategies, based on data-driven decision making.
  • Brief & work with our external local media agencies to generate strong 360° campaigns.
  • Project and budget management
  • Report & evaluate campaign results whilst implementing learnings and actions.
  • Share marketing campaign best practices.
  • Keep up to date on industry innovations, competitor brands and media & advertising trends.
  • Conduct regular analysis of brand awareness and perception using brand index data, sharing learns with relevant stakeholders to shape and inform upcoming strategies.
Creation of local partnerships (brand/digital/beauty box) to grow brand awareness and generate trial of Rituals in the UK and Ireland and drive traffic to stores and online.
  • Source, evaluate and secure strong partnerships with brands whose values and philosophy align with those of Rituals.
  • Increase brand awareness, engagement, trial and drive-to-(e)store by implementing the brand positioning in a way that is consistent with the global strategy but locally relevant.
  • Devise and execute the mass sampling strategy, manage existing beauty box partners whilst continuously researching and sourcing new opportunities.

Your Experience

  • Experience in brand marketing or similar role (specialising in media/partnerships), preferably within Beauty/FMCG/Retail.
  • Experience in briefing and working with external agencies
  • Commercially driven and results orientated
  • Passionate about the bath & body, home and well-being industry
  • Flexible with priorities and comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely driven, a self-starter and team player with attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
