Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday- Friday 09:00-5:00)

OTE: US$75,000-US$80,000

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating and executing impactful strategies that resonate with our target audience, collaborating closely with our Production and Sales teams to ensure the success of several events annually. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for our events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing audience engagement.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Marketing Executives to drive campaign success and individual growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform campaign strategies, identifying opportunities for optimization and audience expansion.
  • Foster media partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee various marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and content creation to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and consistent brand messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing best practices, sharing insights and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in event marketing or related roles; additional experience is a plus.
  • People management experience (3-4 years) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
