Marketing Operations Associate, YouTube Marketing
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing team.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills), and then apply to future programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and creatively problem solve.
- Ability to develop and understand strategy and operations.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Marketing teams and help prioritize initiatives and resources to maximize impact.
- Adapt and optimize key global operational structures and processes to ensure the team works efficiently.
- Set, track, and report the businesses key performance indicators.
- Manage and track team’s resources (including ad hoc requests).
- Partner with Finance to manage marketing budget across multiple strategies and markets, to ensure agility in resource management.
