Marketing Researcher – WhatsApp
You’ll partner with Marketing to understand the needs of key audiences and help inform marketing programs and communications to articulate the value of WhatsApp to consumers in a way that is relevant and compelling.

Marketing Researcher - WhatsApp Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative and impactful quantitative and qualitative research, partnering with WhatsApp consumer marketing organization
- Develop actionable insights and high impact deliverables that will shape marketing and communications strategy, positioning and messaging, and inform the product roadmap
- 8+ years of qualitative and quantitative primary research experience
- Experience independently executing full-cycle research
- Product marketing research experience
- Tech sector experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics), and statistics software (i.e. SPSS)
- Strategy development
- Data analysis
- Cross functional collaboration
- Sense of urgency
