In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.
University Radiology is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist for in our Bedminster, NJ Imaging Office.
Monday, Thursday 930am - 600pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 830am - 500pm; 1 Saturday every 5-6 weeks in our Warren, NJ Office.
- Greet and check in patientsConfirm/enter patient demographic information
- Validate appointment against the presciption
- Collect payments in accordance with payment policies
- Medical front desk experience
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of pre-certification
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude
